We have been very busy this week. The weather in Minneapolis has been very warm. Last Saturday and Sunday we spent some time in our fair cities parks utilizing various wading pools. We knew that after Collin's heel cord extension surgery on Monday (7/10), so we tried to maximize his pool time, as you can see from the pictures.
On Monday we went to Children's Hospital Minneapolis where Collin had his left foot heel cord extension surgery followed by his hypospadial repair (fix his urethra and do circumcision) Collin was a champ. He wasn't allowed to eat from 6AM until 10AM and he barely fussed. There was some screaming and wailing make no mistake, but he was easily soothed by Papa walking the halls with him. The hospital staff was really impressed with his calm sweet disposition.
This weekend is supposed to be really hot so we are going to try and stay cool. We'll kep you updated on Collin's adventures
